In Memory Of Elvis

Elvis along with 2 brothers and a sister were born in Daytona Beach. Florida last April.

Their mom Oreo loved them very much and gave them lots of loving care.

Two of the kittens along with their mom were given up for adoption and hopefully, have found wonderful forever homes. Elvis and his sister Silky remained here. They happily played together and enjoyed our quiet suburban corner of the world. Unfortunately, one dark night as Elvis and Silky were running across out little street Elvis was struck by a car and left for dead on the street. He was only seven months old. What really pains me is that when it gets dark from my window I can hear the cars passing through our street and some nights there are no cars at all. Was it some kind of really freaky accident? We will never know but Elvis is enjoying scampering about the fields of heaven up above. His sister remains sadder but wiser and terribly misses her brother.
